Guest Guidelines
A few simple guidelines keep the animals calm and every guest safe and happy. Please take a moment to read these over before your visit and share them with the children in your group.
-
1
Supervise children at all times
Young guests must stay with an adult throughout the visit, especially around the animals and during pony rides. A watchful grown-up keeps both kids and animals comfortable.
-
2
Respect the animals and our staff
Move slowly, speak gently, and pet only where staff show you. Please don’t chase, pick up, or startle the animals — and follow any direction our handlers give right away.
-
3
Follow all safety instructions
Our team is here to help everyone have a great time safely. Please observe posted signs, stay within visitor areas, and ask before entering pens or feeding the animals.
-
4
Only feed approved farm food
The right diet keeps our animals healthy. Please feed only the food we provide, and never share outside snacks — some everyday human foods can make farm animals unwell.
-
5
Wash your hands
Hand-washing stations are available on-site. Please use them after touching the animals and before eating; it’s the easiest way to keep everyone healthy.

Activities may change with the weather
For the comfort and safety of our animals and guests, some activities — including pony rides — may be adjusted or paused in extreme heat, storms or wet conditions. We’ll always do our best to keep your visit enjoyable.
A quick note on accessibility & comfort
Wear closed-toe shoes you don’t mind getting a little dusty, dress for the weather, and bring water on warm days. If anyone in your group has specific access needs, let us know ahead of time and we’ll help plan a comfortable visit.
